Bangladesh Students’ Association in Turkey – BASAT actively participated in the ‘World Arabic Day’ event organized by the Islamic Studies Department at Istanbul University. The celebration of ‘World Arabic Day 2024’ took place on December 18, 2024, at Istanbul University, bringing together students from various countries studying at the institution.
The Bangladesh Students’ Association in Turkey (BASAT) actively participated in this vibrant event, representing the Bangladeshi community studying in Turkey. Bangladeshis studying in different universities of Istanbul including Istanbul University, BASAT Vice President Syed Magfur Ahmad on behalf of BASAT, represented Bangladesh on the World Arabic Day. The stall highlighted the unique traditions and cultural heritage of Bangladesh, including various souvenirs and authentic Bangladeshi cuisine, which delighted visitors and offered them a taste of Bangladesh’s rich culture.
