Bangladeshi students organized “Bangladesh Culture and Promotion Day” at Ibn Haldun University. The event was supported by YTB, the World Ethnosport Confederation and the Jagoron Foundation.
Students prepared stands introducing Bangladesh’s history, culture and traditions. Visitors also had the chance to try traditional and delicious Bangladeshi dishes.
World Ethnosport Confederation President Necmeddin Bilal Erdoğan and YTB President Abdulhadi Turus visited the stands and later met with the students for a session titled “Türkiye and International Education.”
Bangladeshi academicians who previously studied in Türkiye as YTB scholarship holders shared their opinions on how international students can benefit more from Türkiye’s education system and how knowledge and talent transfer can be strengthened.
The chief guest, Bilal Erdoğan, praised the Bangladeshi students for their hard work and encouraged them to contribute to the development of their country.
