Bangladeshi Students’ & Professionals’ Association in Türkiye (BASAT) organized an Iftar program in Erzurum, bringing together Bangladeshi students’ and professionals’ living in the city for a Ramadan gathering. The event created an opportunity for the Bangladeshi community to come together and share the blessings of Ramadan while living abroad. Traditional Bangladeshi Iftar items were served during the program.
Along with Bangladeshi students’ and professionals’, representatives from various local social organizations also attended the program. Among the distinguished guests were Ertan Halit Aksakal, Head of UDEF Erzurum; Hussein Aydoğu, Head of IMH Erzurum; and Mohammed Kızılgeçit, YTB Coordinator in Erzurum. Representatives including Ahmet Bey from UDEF, Fatih Bey from IMH, and Abdul Wahab Bey and Israfıl Bey from YTB were also present at the event.
BASAT expresses its sincere gratitude to the Bangladeshi community in Erzurum and everyone who supported and contributed to organizing this meaningful Ramadan gathering.
