The Bangladeshi Students’ & Professionals’ Association in Türkiye (BASAT) recently held an Executive and Secretariat Meeting, where members gathered to review previous activities and discuss plans for upcoming programs. The meeting was conducted by BASAT General Secretary Nasruzzaman Naeem, while BASAT President Omar Faruk Helali addressed the members, shared the organization’s upcoming plans, and welcomed opinions and suggestions from all participant.
During the retrospective segment of the meeting, members reflected on the success of recent initiatives, highlighting BASAT’s vibrant presence at various university cultural festivals and its active participation in international football tournaments. Building on this momentum, the discussion shifted to an exciting lineup of upcoming events. The assembly solidified plans for the highly anticipated BASAT Football Tournament, friendly cricket matches, an upcoming Eid Reunion, and the jointly Bosphorus picnic, ensuring a dynamic balance of sports and cultural celebrations in the months ahead.
The meeting also created an open space for members to share their views and recommendations, contributing to the planning of BASAT’s future activities. With continued teamwork and dedication, BASAT remains committed to building a supportive and vibrant Bangladeshi community across Türkiye.
