The Bangladeshi Students’ & Professionals’ Association in Türkiye (BASAT) successfully hosted a freshers’ reception and barbecue party in Erzurum. The event brought together both new and senior Bangladeshi students to formally welcome the newcomers and strengthen their community bonds on foreign soil. BASAT Executive member Ishtiaq Ahmed Labib and secretariat member Md Tohidul Islam officially greeted the new students, kicking off a festive event filled with laughter, games, and food. According to attendees, the gathering provided a vital sense of peace and kinship, with students expressing profound gratitude to BASAT for creating this outstanding atmosphere. A special thanks to our Bangladeshi students and expats in Erzurum city, whose hard work made this event a success. We look forward to seeing you at future BASAT events.
